Hello,
I've loaded CVSNT 2.5.01 (Travis) Build 1976 at home on an XP home box
(after reading on the list that it should work), but I've noticed a problem.
All of my binary files are acting like there are a watches on them (there
aren't according to cvs watchers) and are read only. Using tortoise and
issuing an edit on the file makes it read/write, but I would prefer the
standard cvs concurrent editing model, and not the reserved checkout model.

What do I need to change in CVSNT to get it back to the standard system?

Thanks,

John Cole
