There will be a command to dump a file as RCS format but it may not be 
exact.. you should be able to run cvsgraph across it and get something 
sane though.

viewcvs will probably need some work but it has plugins already and 
adding a cvsnt-3.0 one will be easy enough when the time comes.

There's a roadmap but it's currently sat on a whiteboard.. :)

There's some good stuff there.. the next year is planned pretty much.

We'll have load balanced servers for 2.6, and fully distributed 
read/write servers is possible for 3.0 (ie. I know how it'll work) but 
it's too far ahead to say what priority it'll get.
