We went from 2.0.58d to an early 2.5.01 build that broke our
access controls. Luckily the problem was fixed quickly and the
latest 2.5.01.1976 works fine.

If you don't have problems now then I guess there isn't. But
if you do have problems you'll generally find that you need
to upgrade anyway.
