CVSMailer for Windows stays as a command line utility (no forms and
definitely no .NET bloat either)! :-)

But after checking Kylix out and failing I discovered Lazarus
FreePascal compiler which is available for both Linux and Windows.
So now I aim to see if Lazarus can compile CVSMailer on Windows and
then try on FedoraCore3.

I am using Delphi 5 for CVSMailer, but all my new work is done in
Delphi 7 and it definitely works well. And there are no ties to .NET
at all in that version. Native Win32 as target is what you get. :-)
