Revision 1.1 is a delta to 1.2, since all the deltas on the trunk are 
stored relative to HEAD (for speed.. it's more likely that you're 
checking out an later version than an early one).

Since 1.2 has all the text, 1.1 doesn't need anything in it.

IIRC you need to remove the tags manually.
