After some discussion in the ViewCvs forum this is what has been
tested to repair the problem for me:

1. In all revisions put the @ chars around the values following the
"kopt	kv;" lines

2. In the revision last in the list replace the lines:
branches;
properties;
next	;

with
branches;
next	;

I did 2 + 1, but forgot one mergepoint value in one of the files and
the complete file started working again whereas the other did not
until I found the missing mergepoint entry where I put back the @
chars and then it again worked fine with CVSGraph and annotate.

I don't know about the meregepoint items though, when I look back into
the test files I can't find any such entries in the ,v files I used
during the 2.0.62 - 2.5.01 test phases. So for those files there is no
real problem....
