Changes in this release:
'cvs init' registers repository with the server (if permissions allow).
Options to set alias/description added.
Remote init. Disabled by default for security.
Import -I@ to ignore .cvsignore files during import.
After init CVSROOT has secure ACL by default (access only to admins).
Global -c option in client calculates MD5 of files at both ends of the
connection and reports any discrepancies, for verification over suspect
links etc.

(albeit in secure log) and putting username attempts in standard
