[cvsnt] CVS commit problem with file size

The 'up to date check' means that someone else has committed a revision 
and you need to update to merge their changes in.

I tried to reproduce your problem with the latest version and couldn't 
do so, however I've never heard of such a problem in 2.0.58d either 
(which is fairly old now).
