[cvsnt] newbie question regarding modules file

If you use eg. TortoiseCVS, you need not to add modules into the module
file. Tortoise use, I believe, "cvs ls" command to obtain directory list
in the repository. You can use those top level directories as modules in
the other cvs commands.
