When I issue a CVS COMMIT on a file which I have previously issued a CVS
Edit on (the directory was previously marked for watching using cvs watch -R
on) the file seems to be automatically UnEdited. The ReadOnly attribute goes
to "ReadOnly" and if I then issue a CVS watchers I get watched files.

Is this expected behaviour?

Should I not have to issue a CVS Unedit to unedit the file rather than have
it automatically unedit on commit?

The version I am using is 2.5.02.2064.
