That's not a cvsnt issue (also there's currently no AIX version of cvsnt 
so an upgrade is nontrivial) - try asking on the cvshome lists.

What are you using to browse?   Only the very latest version of cvsnt 
supports browsing of a non-cvsnt server, and it can only interpret what 
the server is sending it - it still sounds like a server side issue.
