[cvsnt] How to set/remove user access to projects.

well, me too i have repositories with many projects,
it depends of what type of authentication u wana use,

my repositories are on a Windows Server 2003 box with CVSNT installed,
and i use the NTFS file permission to set access to projects folder and 
sub folders,
and users communicate to the server using TortoiseCVS thro the SSPI 

See if NTFS file permission sort out your problems,
