AHA!!!
You are running on W2003!
That is a completely different situation then. This system must be
handled with care because it is pretty much locked down from
Microsoft, please check all relevant permissions!

CVSNT *requires* that its location is in fact part of the SYSTEM path,
this is also what the installer will arrange. But it also means that
CVSNT will not run properly until after a full system reboot following
install in order for the system path to propagate to the SYSTEM
account properly.
