I'm looking at the plugin webpage now.  It looks like they used a very 
old version of CVSNT, which shouldn't be necessary but it seems they 
haven't tested it against more modern versions of CVSNT.

We have the entire setup (CVSNT server and Eclipse client) documented in 
the eBook "All About CVS", which is included with CVS Suite.  This setup 
describes how to configure CVSNT server 2.5.02.* and 2.5.03.* to work 
with Eclipse 2.1.3 and 3.0+ using sspi, sserver, etc.  You might want to 
look into that.
