SFU has that single binary also but there's a lot more to it... all the 
support applications for example... we don't use many but only cygwin 
gives a single install that has everything that's needed to run a script.

MS have started putting SFU in their core releases (win2003, Vista) but 
*not* any of the applications.. so we can't use that since they don't 
presently provide any download of the SFU applications (looked into it 
for vista - which won't run cygwin - and basically gave up).
