[cvsnt] Sticky option (-ko) permanent or only on in working directory?

Yes... but... the snafu comes when you want to use cvsnt to mirror a
(vanilla) cvs repository that uses LocalKeyword and KeywordExpand ...

BTW, is there any way to stop cvsnt throwing an error when it comes across
these keywords, i.e. to silently ignore them?
