[cvsnt] -kB option problematic?

The helpfile source is in the doc folder in cvs (cvs.dbk) and if you
have write permission I guess you can modify it. I did so a while back
for the shadow file handling, but managed to screw things up in the
dbk file and Tony had to clean up the paragraph marks and links to
make it work like he wanted it.

So if you know how to handle the dbk file and have write access...
