If you strated out new now then:
- Why did you choose 2.5.03.2151 as server? It is a rather old version
and you should be better of with the latest stable which is build
2382.

- WEhy did you choose WinCvs 1.20???? That is about 4-5 years old by
now and is in no way a supported version anywhere. Do yourself a
favour and get the latest release instead!

Looks like a malformed CVSROOT, should be:
  :pserver:manjunathm at 192.168.82.50:/CVSREPO
or
  :pserver:manjunathm at 192.168.82.50:2401:/CVSREPO
