Hmm.  I wonder what exactly it was doing that was interfering with
CVSNT, and what "unload" leaves behind.  I suppose only the people at
F-Secure know for sure...

I ran across a report of similar problems with F-Secure and CVS under
Eclipse.[1]

Yes.  The problem is that they hook all sorts of things down inside
Windows, and in some cases those hooks can't safely be removed while
Windows is running; so the "disable" mechanism doesn't really do much.
