The "Move away X. It is in the way" error bites us because we use a code
generator.  Each tool run stub files are created so they are present for
everybody.  When somebody customizes the stub and commits it, everybody
else sees the in-the-way error.

Since the recourse is always to delete the files in the way and update
again, many in our company would appreciate a brute force overwrite
option to update.
