Hello Virginia

The FAQ suggest it might be caused by bad antivirus software, so you might
want to try removing that first. If, like me, that is not the problem, then
try running a 'cvs login' from the command-line. Sometimes it solves the
problem.

I have had the same problem for a long time now, and nobody seems to be able
to figure out what causes it.

Regards,
Jakob

Hi! I am having a problem when I want to do a checkout in some
computers. It says the error "cvs.exe [checkout aborted]: Error reading
from server xx.yyy.xx.yy: -1: Unknown error " but if I try with the same
user in an other computer it works, but the soft of the computers is the
same... where could be the problem?

Thanks a lot!

Virginia
