So I continued my quest and bit the bullet and installed the Platform
SDK for win2003 from my MSDN DVD as of December 2005.
As part of the install my earlier SDK was removed so now I probably am
unable to build WinCvs in VC6++ instead (it was using that SDK)....

I also added the new SDK include and lib folders to my VS2003
environment as VC++ Directories.

Anyway it did not solve my problems, I still get 81 Build error tasks
when I build solution...
Less than before, but it might be caused by me not doing a Rebuild.
Sitt fatal errors and no cvs.exe.
