I know. But I have user that install everything because they don't know, 
mostly sysadmin/tester who are not "skilled" cvs user and use it just to 
get the builds they need. They are outside my domain, and I can't 
control their installations.

If the same setup had a screen that asks for "client setup" or "server 
setup" would help to avoid cvs servers popping up somewhere in the 
network :-)
