CVSNT ist not supporting a CVSROOT like
:sspi;username=administrator;hostname=10.10.60.12;port=2401:/LFT
anymore.

Please use the following instead
:sspi:administrator at 10.10.60.12:2401:/LFT

I faces the same problem months ago. Unfortunately the CVSROOT
is malformed by the WinCVS before version 2.0.3.

Set the CVSROOT manually in the WinCvs checkout window,
and change CVSROOT settings for existing sandboxes.

And usually you should install CVSNT before a bare WinCvs, so WinCvs is
able to find the correct CVSNT installation path.
