[cvsnt] Config Parameter "AtomicCheckouts" ?

Dear Tony,

the "main.cpp" file of CVSNT reads a configuration parameter "AtomicCheckouts" from
the CVSNT configuration file.
But this parameter isn't mentioned in the "PServer.Example" file in the "doc"
directory. Can you explain the effect of this parameter?
