Hello David;
 
It's some time ago, but you posted an entry on the CVSNT mailing list
with the above mentioned problem. I have a very similar problem and have
been research this for a while now, without any viable solution. 
 
Did you ever find a solutin for your problem? And if so, what did you
do? It's driving me insane! Have been reading so many posts and manuals
and documents and still, I haven't found a solution.
