You can download it separately and put it in the cvsnt directory and 
it'll be picked up by the control panel.

The cvsservice.exe then listens on a port and starts it automatically.

It's recommended for now until the custom synchronisation code gets put 
in (no idea of an ETA for that).  It's easy enough to schedule a batch 
file to run unison every few minutes & keep things up to date.

IMO rsync is better but there's no native rsync version for Win32.

You need to make sure that the two sites are logically separate ie. you 
can't currently have overlapping commits.
