CVS does not have a property "project", however if you want to list
what is available on a particular server you have access to:
cvs -d :sspi:cvsserver:/repo ls

Or simpler if you have set up the CVSROOT environment variable or are
executing the command inside a checked out sandbox:
cvs ls

Will list the top level stuff on the CVSNT server.
