sshd and cvsnt are really separate, so it's not a question of allowing 
it in cvsnt.. you do need to configure your sshd correctly of course. 
On Unix most versions ship with a working sshd out of the box so it all 
works automatically.

On Windows things are more complex, although some have had openssh 
working.  If you're using a commercial sshd then you need to talk to the 
vendor for configuration details.

It's not really needed though - there are other protocols you can use 
that are much simpler.
