That command is wrong - you shouldn't specify absolute paths to 
checkout.  There is some support for it but strictly it's invalid (it 
never used to work at all, but it was added some time back for special 
cases).

"F:" on its own is invalid always as it's meaningless - where in F: do 
you mean?  That could mean the current directory, the root..  Also you 
simply can't checkout a module onto the root directory anyway - it must 
live in its own subdirectory.
