[cvsnt] How do I change default -k options per file on the server? (Answered)

Answering my own question: I must use the -f option (force a new 
version) to commit changes to the default substitution mode.

Somehow I didn't look too closely at the example right in the manual 
page for the -k options, -f is clearly there.
