[cvsnt] Need help with cvslock (reposted)

You could try disabling client name resolution on the server: it's on 
the Advanced tab, on the CVSNT control panel. (ugh... it's a negative 
choice... a check means disabled...)
If the problem goes away, you should fix your network setup.
