Hello All We are using SSPI protocol to access the CVS Repository. As a normal user I am unable to checkout 'CVSROOT'. How can I checkout CVSROOT?? Do I need Administrator rights on this repository?? Can any user create Tag and branch in CVS?? How to restrict them not to create Tags and branches?? Please share your experience. Thanks in advance.
