[cvsnt] Jar files becoming corrupt

I may be a little confused. Ill have to ask tomrorw, but im not sure if
the ThirdParty/Jars jars are actually third party or if we actually
built/created them and just named them in the ThirdParty/jar directory.
Can you explain how to regenerate this part of a tree?
