[cvsnt] cvs server: 'group' not allowed in checkoutlist

It's not skipping the group file, it's skipping the entry in the 
checkoutlist.  The group file is part of the automatically checked-out 
files within the CVSROOT, so including it in the checkoutlist is redundant.
