[cvsnt] What files are open when CVSNT Server is up on RHES4 Linux?

Try using "lsof" during the times you want to check... I have no idea

You want to halt connections without bringing down the CVSNT server? 
Disconnect the cable!  :)

I think you might mean halt repository updates or viewing, which can be 
done by setting the RepositoryXOffline setting in the /etc/cvsnt/PServer 
file (you can also still allow reads by making it read only in there).
