Hi to everybody I have an installation of CVSNT on win2K3 server 32bit. CVS Server version is 2.5.03 build 2382. When i create users via a 2.5.04 Build 2471 client (I guess I ended up with it because of WinCVS 2.0.9), the passwords added in the server passwd file are corrupt and subsequently authentication fails, no matter what client is used. When user paswords are modified on the server via the 2.5.03. 2382 build, everything runs smoothly. This includes that the 2.5.04 on Vista authenticates fine. The protocol in use is sserver. I hope this helps somebody or that there is a solution or a known incompatibility, which I could not spot, up to now. Best regards gkakas
