So the server process is around after the client reports a reset? 
Sounds like something in interfering.  Is this only at times of heavy 
loading, random, etc.?

Could be a physical problem somewhere -- a cable, card, or hub that's 
going bad maybe?

What are these IP's, why 2?  Is it 2 separate servers, and 2 errors from 
2 different sessions?
