Hi Torsten, This was the subject of discussion some time ago. When tony reconfigured the server the blog disappeared. In future all changes are going into tt/bugzilla, but as for finding the old changes ... I'll be producing a "new" format release note with 2.5.04 and it'll list the changes from 2.5.03...
