There should be a new 2.5.04 RC (next week?) and I expect it'll be
declared stable shortly afterwards - mostly VISTA and XPx64/Vistax64 (32
bit) testing is needed.

The installer was split in two a while back - if you use the client 
installer it will only contains the client components.
