[cvsnt] Problem with cvs on WinVista, instalation, cvs diff strange behaviour...

No. The Control Panel window does not appear. Only
the User account control window appears and it
shows the information sent in the previous message.
After pressing [Continue] in that window, the window
(the Vista's User Account Control one) disappears
and nothing else can be observed.

I am very new to Windows Vista and I do not know
the details about how to elevate permissions, where
and what should be set, etc.

It behaves exactly the same. No Control Panel window, 
only the one with title...

However, the EVS's Control Panel (evs 2.6.02.2581) worked. 
I guess that the Control Panels are similar. It even 
contains the texts "CVSNT" and not "EVS". Possibly some
difference could be found when compared.
