Using 2.5.04.2471, if a filename contains an apostrophe ('), the output
from 'cvs editors' is garbled. In this example only ".cvsignore" and
"a'postrophe.txt" are actually edited, but this is the output:

.cvsignore tmax Thu Mar 15 20:44:14 2007 GMT tmanote64
D:\mytest\sandbox
a'postrophe.txt a'postrophe.txt Sat Sep 8 23:41:27 2007 GMT
tmanote64 D:\mytest\sandbox
        a.c
        test.bmp
        test.c
        test1.txt
        txt1.txt

Note that the filename is listed instead of the user name, and note the
additional (non-edited) files.
