[cvsnt] Remote init

To partly answer my own question: The bug is also present in
2.5.04.2471.

I seem to have exactly the same problem as the person who posted
http://www.cvsnt.org/pipermail/cvsnt/2007-February/028281.html - even
though I have enabled "Allow remote init commands", the server claims
that "Remote init commands have been disabled by the server
administrator".
 
Is this a known bug in 2.5.03.2382? Is it/will it be fixed in 2.5.04?
