[cvsnt] CVS wants to remove directory when checking out/update

That's not a good CVSROOT I hope you know, 99% of the time all you need
is:
:pserver:<servername>:/code

When you do "cvs login" your current username is used and you are
prompted for a password.

> 14:45:49:   -> call_in_directory

It's the lines before the error that are important.  Read the trace
yourself, then send enough lines before the error to give us context.
It could be a variation on bug 4732 (unlikely?) or you could be using
anti-virus on the server...
