[cvsnt] How to invoke internal mailer

Yes I do understand about clients and servers. and I was (!) able
to send automated emails from CVSNT with the internal mailer,
only *not* to the watchers because of the missing [to_user] in the
documentation.

As far as I remember I *had* to add a line in the notify file like
ALL mail %s
To get the internal mailer kicked off... but that's what I need to retest now

Have you already enabled the plugin?  Do you understand the difference
between an SMTP client and an SMTP server?  The e-mail trigger does NOT
include an SMTP server, and the hostname of one (or IPv4 address) needs
to be specified in the Plugin Control Panel, or you can specify an
external mailer.

If for any reason it doesn't work you'll need to use tracing to look at
the reason why (see the FAQ).  Do not post traces to the newsgroup -
read the trace yourself and if any part doesn't make sense then just
post those 4 or 5 lines to the mailing list.
