Hi all,

I'm trying to commit changes to my repository but am consistently
getting "Up-to-date check failed" errors, even after running an update
first. The file I'm trying to commit differs from the repository version
_only_ by its "date modified" property. If I diff it with the
repository, I get no differences. If I run an update first, I get the
same result. To make this even weirder,

1. If I add or remove _characters_ from the file, I'm able to commit the
file.

2. I'm able to attempt a commit on other files w/ only "date modified"
changed, and it exits cleanly with a code 0 (the desired result).

Any suggestions you have are much appreciated.

Tony
