Just for the record, we encounter similar problems with pserver where
the server is a "classic" CVS (1.11.22) on Solaris and the client is
CVSNT with different versions on WinXP Professional SP2.

BTW, do you use cvsnt directly? Or do you invoke it from WinCVS or
something like that?
