Hi Arthur,

In your instructions, this command should capture the messages from
rename, correct?

cvs -ttt ci -m "rename" > ..\rename-log.txt  2> ..\rename-err.txt

Oddly the rename-log.txt file I sent you is empty (on both test
attempts) but rename-err.txt does have information in it.

I think you are now seeing a different problem.  What were the messages
from the commit after the rename?  I didn't ask you to catpure that or
get a trace of it and I probably should have.
