[cvsnt] Log command is erroring out

Thanks for answering. We can perform basic update and commit operations on 
the ,v file, and even a log command with the -h option to display only 
headers. The problems can be reproduced only when we use the log command. 
I have sent more detailed information to "Arthur Barrett"
