[cvsnt] 2.5.04 (3055) seems to be slower than CVSNT 2.5.03 2382

Hi Arthur,

Thank you that seems to have improved it on my 2.5.04 test machine, but 
it still seems slower than 2.5.03 running on my production machine. If I 
get a chance I will do a trace on the server. Thank you once again for 
all your help.
